Jakarta Opens Holiday Bonus 2026 Command Post

The Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Agency has officially launched its Religious Holiday Bonus (THR) 2026 Task Force, providing a critical resource for workers and employers as the Idulfitri festivities approach.

Our aim is to foster a fair and stable labor environment

The specialized help desk is designed to offer both legal consultation and a formal complaint mechanism for those facing issues with mandatory holiday payouts.

Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency Head, Syaripudin stated that the initiative serves as a central hub for transparency.

"The post was established as a tool for both employees and companies to access information and file grievances regarding the implementation of religious holiday bonuses," he expressed, Friday (3/6).

He hoped that the initiative would drive corporate accountability, ensuring that businesses meet their legal obligations to issue payouts on time.

"Our aim is to foster a fair and stable labor environment. By ensuring these payments are handled correctly, we can maintain a harmonious and productive relationship between employees and management as we head into Idulfitri holiday," he continued.

The city has established dedicated communication channels for those seeking assistance. Workers looking for consultation or guidance on their bonus eligibility can reach the help desk at 0823-5370-1464.

For those wishing to file a formal complaint regarding unpaid or delayed bonuses, a separate hotline is available at 0821-8501-7080. Additional resources and digital filing options can be accessed through the Ministry of Manpower’s official portal at https://poskothr.kemnaker.go.id.
